I got the chance to photograph some puppies today… so cute! These little guys, named Meatball and French Fry, were hangin’ out in the office at PAWS.
I love his stunning blue eyes, the way his whiskers change color, the way the hair grows out of his ears. I love his little beard and his facial expressions. His name is Aspen, and he is waiting for a home.
I just love crazy kitty expressions. Like the one on Juliet’s face! She’s one of those cats whose tongue sticks out all the time… giving her a slightly shocked look! BTW, she is still available for adoption at PAWS, if you want a reason to smile every day.
The thing I love about photographing cats is the range of facial expressions. They can look pissed, freaked out, or curious. I thought Layla looked just plain loveable!
Cutest little guy ever! His name is Crosby, he’s a Pomeranian, and he can do tricks! He loves treats and will stand on his back legs and wave at you to get one. Here he is peeking out between the flowers at PAWS.
About a week ago, TJ and I participated in the Old Dog Walk, to benefit Old Dog Haven. They are a wonderful non-profit whose mission is to support senior dogs and help them find homes. They even take care of these dogs’ medical bills for the rest of their lives.
I especially loved this photo; the look exchanged by the lady in the wheelchair and the tripod dog seems to speak of a mutual understanding of sorts.
Look at that face, that smile! This happy fellow was abandoned at a Veterinary office. But despite his unfortunate circumstances, Duke is as friendly as can be. Luckily for Duke and his future forever family, PAWS came to his rescue and he is now waiting find a home and spend his Golden years surrounded with all the love he deserves.
Who could resist those eyes?
…or in this case, in Lynnwood at PAWS! I love the way Lucy has a spot on her left eye, kinda matches the ones on her nose!
Diego is his name, and coolness is his game! I met this energetic, fun fellow this morning and I must say, he was fun to photograph! In this picture he is showing off his tricks for a treat.
